Paragraph 4 should read as--

4)The fact is Canada is also a constitutional monarchy like Malaysia.If Malaysia has the Agong as head of state, Queen Elizabeth 2 is Canada head of state BUT a governor general represents the queen in Canada. And if states in Malaysia have rulers or governors,each province in Canada has a lieutenant governor to represent the Queen. The parliament, judiciary and executive for both Malaysian and Canadian governments report to the respective Agong and governor general.

USA vs CANADA

1)Since I was small,the United States has always fascinated me. Not only from tv but also from stories I heard from my seniors at Sekolah Menengah Sains Negeri Sembilan Kuala Pilah.
2)Furthermore when my auntie followed her husband who worked at the Malaysian Permanent Representative to the United Nations New York, I was told of many great things about the US.I even wrote my auntie's New York address in my composition letter during my S.R.P. examination in 1982.
3)Not many people realized that USA and Canada are 2 different nations in North America.In fact some Malaysians said USA and Canada are the same which of course not true.

5)Canada is a nation with royalty but has many American values. For instance Canadians drive like the Americans while Malaysians drive like the British. Its good to experience American life with the Queen as the sovereign.
6)But in reality 3 out of 5 Canadians are anti Americans.(Based from my experience during the US Canada free trade debate in 1989)
